Located in the core area of Luoyang Industrial Cluster, the park features three high-standard, long-span steel structure workshops along with office, warehouse, prototype testing, and other support areas, covering a total area of 33,000 m².
The entire facility adopts premium steel structural systems to meet stringent requirements for cleanliness, load-bearing capacity, and spatial flexibility in vehicle manufacturing. The core workshops use large-span, column-free portal frames, providing high load capacity, corrosion resistance, and excellent installation efficiency—ensuring optimal flexibility for RV production line layout.
Industrial-Grade Spatial Layout: Ample clear height with spans exceeding 30 meters supports large equipment installation and streamlined assembly processes.
High-Precision Fabrication: All steel columns and beams are prefabricated with factory-level precision, maintaining installation tolerances within ±2 mm.
