The new steel structure factory project of Luoyang CEMAT New Material Co., Ltd. includes the construction of Plant #1, Plant #2, and a Testing Center. Located in Henan Province, the project is primarily used for refractory material production and related testing, with a designed service life of 50 years and classified as a medium-sized industrial building.

Plant #1

• Type: High-rise industrial workshop

• Building Area: 5,305.25 m²

• Function: Core production line area, suitable for high-temperature and heavy equipment installation

Plant #2

• Type: Single-story workshop with partial three-story auxiliary area

• Building Area: 10,923.67 m²

• Height: 28.74 m

• Function: Large-scale equipment production area and partial three-story auxiliary production rooms

Testing Center

• Type: Three-story frame structure

• Height: 12.3 m

• Function: Product quality inspection and R&D laboratory

Technical Features

• Steel Material: Columns and beams made of Q355B steel, box-type welded columns and H-section beams; purlins made of Q355B hot-dip galvanized steel

• Connections: Beam-column joints use 10.9S grade torsional shear high-strength bolts, slip resistance coefficient ≥ 0.40

• Roof Waterproofing: Grade II waterproofing

• Space Layout: Large-span, column-free design to optimize production line arrangement and improve efficiency

• Durability: Special anti-corrosion, moisture-proof, and seismic-resistant design for refractory material production environments, ensuring 50-year lifespan
